Summary

This platform provides the official technical documentation for Trinnov processors running the new user interface introduced with NOVA (2023) and Altitude^CI (2025). It replaces traditional user manuals and will be expanded progressively as new content becomes available.

A Living Technical Documentation Platform

The Trinnov Knowledge Base is more than a simple help center.

It is an online, continuously evolving platform designed to guide installers and users through setup, configuration, and daily operation of our processors.

At launch, it focuses on the most common questions, essential workflows, and the information needed for normal use and configuration.

Additional topics such as advanced features, troubleshooting, integration scenarios and more, will be added regularly until the Knowledge Base covers every aspect of our products and technologies.

Scope: New Trinnov User Interface

This documentation covers processors running the new Trinnov UI, first introduced with NOVA in 2023 and Altitude^CI in 2025.

This new interface will also be gradually ported to Altitude16 and Altitude32 through future software releases.

Articles, screenshots, and workflows are therefore aligned with the interface that already powers NOVA and AltitudeCI, and will become the foundation for future Trinnov products.

Legacy Products

Products that continue to run the previous interface, including Amethyst, D-MON, Magnitude, MC, Ovations, ST2-HiFi and ST2-Pro, are not documented here in detail.

However, each legacy product has a dedicated article pointing to its official documentation for reference.

Regular Updates

Because Trinnov processors evolve through frequent software improvements, this Knowledge Base is updated continuously to ensure accuracy and relevance.

It is the authoritative source for the latest technical information on our products.
